Last Friday, we had a chance to have a black heritage trail, the reason why it's called black heritage trail is that this trail is all about the African-American history in Boston. At this trail, we need to do some research and preprare it, and we are going to give our classmate a presentation while we take the teail.
As you can see the picture above, that is the place need to be presented by me and my partner Jack. The Charles Street Meeting House, is an early-nineteenth-century historic church in Boston. The church has been used over its history by several Christan denominations and is a good example of reuse and adaptive reuse, having recently been renovated into a mixed use complex heavily featuring office use.
We also visit many historic place beside the Charles Street Meeting House, for instance, The Robert Gould Shaw and 54th Regiment Memorial , The Phillips School and John J. Smith House. All the hsitoric place we visited was really awesome, I love The Black Heritage Trail very much!
